Return and Refund Policy – Nature Organic Health

1. Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be new, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us at contact@natureorganichealth.com before returning any item.
2. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days .
3. Non-refundable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund opened, used or personalized health products.
4. Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours by attaching a photo to contact@natureorganichealth.com to obtain a replacement or refund.
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a product defect or an error on our part.
