Why your back hurts, and what actually helps
Hours at a desk, on your phone, or on your feet create muscle imbalances that pull your spine out of alignment. Most braces just squeeze you into position. ZenAlign™ works differently: it supports your entire back from the lumbar up to the upper spine, distributing pressure evenly so your muscles can relax and reset.
What makes it different
- Full-back coverage, not just a strap across your shoulders. Supports your lumbar, mid-back, and upper spine together.
- Wear it under your clothes, breathable, low-profile fabric. Nobody knows you’re wearing it.
- Fully adjustable fit, reinforced Velcro straps adapt to your exact shape. No guesswork.
- Drug-free relief, no creams, no pills. Just better alignment, better breathing, less pain.
- Machine washable, soft, sweat-resistant material built for daily use.
How to use it
Start with 20–30 minutes a day. As your muscles build “postural memory,” gradually increase wear time. Most users notice a difference within 2 weeks, and find themselves sitting straighter even without the brace.
Asian sizes are 1 to 2 sizes smaller than European and American people. Choose the larger size if your size between two sizes. Please allow 2-3cm differences due to manual measurement.
Size Guide (measurements in inches / weight in lbs)
| Size | Chest | Height | Body Weight |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 31.5 – 37.4 in | 63 – 71 in | 120 – 143 lbs |
| M | 32.3 – 39.0 in | 63 – 71 in | 143 – 154 lbs |
| L | 33.1 – 40.6 in | 63 – 71 in | 165 – 176 lbs |
| XL | 33.9 – 42.1 in | 63 – 73 in | 176 – 187 lbs |
| 2XL | 34.6 – 43.3 in | 63 – 73 in | 187 – 198 lbs |
⚠️ Sizing tip: This brace runs snug. If your measurements fall between two sizes, size up for all-day comfort.
